padelmexicano.com is a web-based tournament scheduler for Americano and Mexicano padel formats. We provide tools to organize matches, track scores, and share results.
2. Operator
This service is operated by padelmexicano.com, registered in Norway.
3. Pricing
Free accounts have limited features. Pro plans: Monthly (39 NOK/mo), Yearly (199 NOK/yr), Lifetime (999 NOK one-time). Prices may change with notice.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
5. Refund Policy
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period with no partial refunds. Lifetime purchases have a 14-day refund window, after which the purchase is permanent.
6. Account Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any indirect damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
